Identification number: SRASP-RFQ-GO-2026-04 The Government of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for: Lot #1- Procurement of IT equipment for 2 ALCs in Balkhi District and Khujand City. Lot# 2 - Procurement of kitchen equipment for Canteen operations for 2 ALCs in Balkhi District and Khujand City Lot #3 - Procuremen of quality control equipment of laboratories for 2 ALCs in Balkhi District and Khujand City The State Institute “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” Project Management Unit (AED PMU) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for: Lot #1- Procurement of IT equipment for 2 ALCs in Balkhi District and Khujand City. Lot# 2 - Procurement of kitchen equipment for Canteen operations for 2 ALCs in Balkhi District and Khujand City Lot #3 - Procurement of quality control equipment of laboratories for 2 ALCs in Balkhi District and Khujand City 3. Bidding will be conducted through using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised September 2023 Edition (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. All Interested eligible bidders may obtain more detailed information from the SI “AED” PMU and review the bidding documentation during working hours from 08.00 to 17.00 at the address below. 5. All interested, eligible bidders can obtain a full package of RFQ in Russian by submitting an official letter to the address below. The RFQ can be obtained from the office of SI “AED” PMU located at the address below. 6. Bidders shall submit their quotation in hard copy and must be delivered to the address below before July 9, 2026 15:00 . Late quotations will be rejected. 7.
