Estimated Value: TBD Term (Years): 4 Vendor: FASTER Asset Solutions, dba TT FASTER, LLC Justification: FASTER Asset Solutions is the Sole Proprietor of the specialized software utilized by the County; no other vendors have access to or can handle the software that is currently in place because the software requires experienced, highly trained, and certified technicians to specifically perform maintenance and repairs using the vendor’s established and approved methods and tools. The County's Fleet Management program would be seriously affected without this software's availability. It is utilized by the department of Fleet Management to manage the maintenance, parts, and condition of the County's vehicles. A number of public safety services like Police, Fire, etc. have vehicles whose maintenance is tracked by this software and are reliant on its capabilities.
