TRANSPORT-11292 - USA (Las Vegas, Nevada) - Charter Bus Service - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide charter bus service to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.• The District seeks to contract with multiple qualified Suppliers to provide charter bus services supporting both intrastate and interstate travel.• Trips departure/destination will be designated in the charter confirmation/acceptance submitted by school(s) or department(s) herein referred to as End–user• Support is required for nonlocal trips exceeding one day and local excursions which may require standby/wait time. Suppliers shall provide transportation services for:a. Local trips, including those requiring standby/wait timeb. Non–local trips exceeding one (1) day• Utilization of Services: Utilization after award of contract will be decided by the District's End–users. Factors which may be considered include cost, availability of vehicles, quality of past service, etc(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026
