CLEANING-13459 - USA (Kalamazoo, Michigan) - Janitorial and Grounds Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial and grounds services to the government authority located in Kalamazoo, MI. – Provide janitorial, grounds maintenance, and snow removal services.– Primary cleaning of restrooms– Perform cleaning survey of all areas – note problems with lights, faucet leaks, flush valves, floor tiles, drains, etc. – Clean and disinfect sanitary napkin receptacle – remove bag, disinfect container, and install new bag.– Report needed repairs to the program manager.– Daily periodic check of restrooms. – Spot clean and check condition of supplies throughout the day. – Repeat any primary cleaning specifications necessary. 3.– Disinfect and clean entire walls and partitions – Wash restroom walls, partitions, toilets, and urinals with portable pump–up sprayer.– Remove and clean plastic light fixture covers with soap and water.– Clean window screens as needed (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18,2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
