Description
The City maintains 18 Landscape and Lighting Assessment Districts (LLAD) and 2 Maintenance Assessment Districts. The City desires to establish a contract that can be renewed annually for a period of three years, not to exceed five (5) years, with a qualified firm to provide and deliver engineering services for these various districts/zones. Engineering services include preparing preliminary and final engineering reports and budgets, drafting staff reports and resolutions to levy assessments, submit assessment rolls to Alameda County, and being one of the point of contacts for property owners.
