EXTRA-71178 - USA (Cumberland, Rhode Island) - Comprehensive Plan Update Service - Deadline July 6,2026

Vendor needs to provide comprehensive plan update service to the government authority located in Cumberland, RI.         – Consultant will be responsible for four elements requiring outside expertise: Historical and Cultural Resources, Economic Development, Services and Facilities and Land Use.  – The consultant shall work in close coordination with Town Planning Department staff, who are simultaneously preparing the remaining plan elements, to ensure a unified and internally consistent final document.• Project Initiation and Analysis• Community Engagement and Visioning• Plan Element Development• Plan Finalization and Adoption
