(1) Vendor needs to provide water supply planning consulting services to the government authority located in Conroe, TX. • Strategy characterization: for identified supply options, develop preliminary characterization of potential supply volume, applicable service area(s), cost, development timeline, key required infrastructure elements, potential impacts, potential physical and legal challenges, and other risks• Utilizing a methodology similar to the latest, develop a preliminary risk profile for each supply option.• Perform a GIS analysis to identify other potentially feasible conveyance routes between take point for Trinity basin supplies and preferred delivery locations.• Perform preliminary analysis in system model to confirm compatibility of concepts with system and water demands.• Participate in strategic planning meetings with potentially other stakeholders.• Perform minor technical evaluations and studies to address specific issues and opportunities as directed• Develop brief technical memorandums summarizing the results of technical evaluations, studies, and analyses.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 6, 2026.
