(1) Vendor needs to provide child and adolescent psychiatric services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ. – A qualified child and adolescent psychiatrist will provide psychiatric services through either a virtual or in–person format on a fixed weekly schedule.– provide timely, clinically appropriate psychiatric evaluations, consultation, treatment, medication management, and continuity.– Are likely to commit an offense that may cause injury to themselves or others.– Require custodial protection for their own interests or the interests of the public.– May be charged as adults for a serious offense.– May fail to appear for a scheduled court hearing if not detained.– Must be held pursuant to the requirements of another jurisdiction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.
