(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services division operating model implementation solution. • Provide consultancy services in support of the development and implementation of priority recommendations arising from the legal services division operating model review, including recommendations relating to the governance and mandate, service delivery and functional processes workstreams• Develop and implement a Governance and Mandate Framework which clearly defines the mandate, remit, responsibilities and governance arrangements of the LSD and supports effective decision–making, accountability and oversight.• Establish a framework for legal risk management which supports the consideration of legal risk within organizational decision–making and provides clear and proportionate arrangements for legal risk acceptance, escalation and governance.• Design and document the End–to–End Legal Service Lifecycle, including the processes, governance arrangements, roles and supporting artefacts required to support the consistent delivery of legal services across the organization.
