(CAGE Code: 42TM8, UEID: ZLJNJG6DRZJ5).The proposed contract will be awarded on a sole–source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302–1(a)(2)(iii)(A), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements“.This procurement is to establish a Department of War (DoW)–wide licensing vehicle to provide proprietary Pega Software Enterprise Subscriptions (including the Pega Government Platform), direct OEM Tier–3 premium technical support, and specialized OEM professional services. These capabilities support critical enterprise business process management, low–code application development, case management, and acquisition modernization across the U.S. Army.Therefore, the Government intends to procure this requirement on a sole–source basis directly from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Pegasystems Inc.THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. However, all responsible sources who believe they can meet the full enterprise–wide scope of this requirement may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of market research. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
