(1) Vendor needs to provide visa gift cards service to the government authority located in Houston, TX.– Provide thirty–one visa gift cards valued at $100.00 each.– The visa gift cards will be used as participant incentives for eligible clients who complete maternal interviews as part of the fetal and infant morbidity review program.– Gift cards shall be new, unused, and fully funded at the time of delivery– Gift cards shall be ready for distribution and use upon receipt by agency, unless activation is required through a secure process provided by the vendor– Gift cards shall be accepted wherever visa prepaid cards are normally accepted, subject to applicable visa network requirements (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
