(1) Vendor needs to provide probabilistic reliability risk analysis services to the government authority located in Atlantic, NJ. • Need for property and real estate market data to support real property lease acquisitions, purchases and disposal performed• The Vendor must provide datasets containing all the requested spatial and nonspatial data for at least 150,000,000 parcels.• Spatial data must be in a Geographic Information System (GIS) format such, shapefiles or ESRI .gdb files.• refresh/update the assessment data on at least a yearly basis.• The Vendor must provide access to all the datasets through Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)
