Washington County Law Enforcement Center Critical Infrastructure Upgrade

Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide either a Construction Manager / General Contractor or Construction Manager/Mechanical Contractor CM/MC strategy or a partnership of the two services for the replacement, upgrade, and optimization of the Jail and Law Enforcement Center Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. On Tuesday, May 16, 2023, the Washington County Board of Commissioners authorized the use of an alternative bid method for contracting for the selection of a CM/GC contractor to provide these services. Part or all of the contract costs will be paid for by Washington County’s allocation from the American Rescue Plan Act – Caronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds, AL# 21.027. In addition to other Federal requirements, the selected contractor and all subcontractors will be required to register in sam.gov and provide us their unique entity identification (UEI).
