(1) Vendor needs to provide livestreaming service for meetings.– Qualified vendors for a pilot program to livestream four (4) meetings scheduled between January – April 2027.– Pilot is to enhance community engagement and transparency by providing high–quality digital access to these public meetings.– Full service:– Livestreaming to YouTube for four (4) meetings (2 hours each).– Staffing: 1 director and 2 operators.– Equipment: 3 cameras, Public Address System rental, and Lighting (as needed).– Technical: Audio Operator with mixer and up to four microphones; projection of Google Slides or PowerPoint presentations as needed.– Compliance: Live closed captioning included.– More economical or fewer staff:– Livestreaming to YouTube for four (4) meetings (2 hours each).– Staffing: 1 director or operator.– Equipment: 1 camera and public address system rental.– Lighting of the room in order to increase live stream quality.– Technical: Audio Operator with mixer and up to four microphones; no projection of Google Slides or PowerPoint presentations.– Compliance: Live closed captioning included.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
