(1) Vendor needs to provide fire hydrant inspection services to the government authority located in Stockton, CA.– Look for obstructions that could interfere with hydrant operation.– Check for cracked or missing caps.– Look for leaky or broken nozzles, gaskets, and valves.– Check for the correct above ground hydrant height.– Determine if the hydrant needs to be painted.– Check for main valve leaks.– Check water flow.– Verify hydrant location.– Report inoperable hydrants that need repair or replacement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026.
