PM-23660 - USA (North Carolina) - Unvalidated Driver’s License and SSN Notification Letters Printing, Preparation and Delivery Services - Deadline July 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide unvalidated driver’s license and SSN notification letters printing, preparation and delivery services to the government authority located in NC. – Provide printing, preparation, and delivery of Unvalidated DL/SSN Letters  – Prepare and mail unvalidated DL/SSN Letters to voters lacking validated identification numbers.– Each letter shall include a section on the top part of page 2 for voters to provide data regarding the missing information or validated information.– The letter will also instruct the voters on how to provide the information to the county board of elections, including using an enclosed pre–addressed, pre–paid return envelope.  • Tasks:– Coordinate a virtual kick–off meeting within 3 days of a fully executed contract.– Provide weekly updates via email or virtual meetings of the project until completion.– Provide a proof of the outgoing envelope and receive approval prior to printing.– Provide a proof the return envelope and receive approval prior to printing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
