(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic medical records system.– Provide, implement, and support an integrated electronic medical record (EMR) and operational system.– Utilizes medicate as its primary electronic medical record (EMR) platform across student health and wellness.– Medicate supports clinical and counselling documentation, scheduling, billing and insurance functions, patient access, immunization compliance, and related administrative and operational workflows.– Clinical and patient care functionality:– Provide a system that supports clinical workflows across diverse care delivery models, including medical, mental health, and well–being services.– Patient access and engagement:– Online self–scheduling and appointment management.– Secure messaging between patients and providers.– Medical records and compliance:– Immunization tracking and registry integration.– Immunization compliance reminders and notifications.– Billing and financial operations:– Claims generation and submission to agency–approved carrier.– Inventory and supply chain management:– Real–time inventory tracking across locations.– Par level management and automated alerts.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
