Vendor needs to provide new homes model assessment and billing analysis services to the government authority located in Portland, OR.              – To assess the accuracy of the home energy usage modeling methodology used by the program, by comparing the actual, weather normalized energy usage to modeled energy usage for program homes.– To understand the differences in real–world energy performance between program and non–program homes by comparing the actual weather normalized energy usage of program homes to that of a sample of non–program homes that resemble the population of program homes.- Conduct Kick–off Meeting- Develop Analysis Plan- Data Preparation- Model Accuracy Analysis- Billing Analysis- Reporting    - Project Management
