(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.– Provide and administer the City’s employee assistance program, supporting employees with work–life and wellness solutions and addressing issues such as mental health, substance abuse, personal problem resolution, and general learning and development.– Offering these services to employees is to support employee health and wellness, attract and retain valued employees, and maintain a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.– Providers available under the employee’s health plan are among those recommended and that the employee knows which providers are most cost–effective.– The vendor will strive to provide short–term counselling where it is feasible and not simply to serve as a clearinghouse. – Each employee and immediate family member are entitled to three one–hour sessions per issue.– Care should be taken to consider both the most appropriate and the most cost–efficient services.– The Wellness Coordinator will also help develop a strategy to strengthen workforce morale, trust, and job satisfaction.– Provide twenty–four–hour telephone service to clients in crisis.– Provide unlimited telephone counselling and access to web–based and online services and information.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
