Description
The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide installation, maintenance and repair services for the rain cover installed at the Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility (LCSWMF). The rain cover is installed at LCSWMF to control erosion, control surface water infiltration and provide an interim cover prior to permanent closure of landfill cells. LCSWMF is located off of Route 621, Evergreen Mills Road, and approximately five miles south of Leesburg, Virginia. The physical address for the landfill is 21101 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg, Virginia 20175.
