Description

The Contract for Roofing Installation and Repair Districtwide will include the labor and materials, for the period of the contract. The contractor shall furnish all required labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete, in the time frame established by the District, all work defined under this scope of work and work specifications. The contractor will utilize experienced workmen, while providing full-time supervision at all times, with all roofing installation and repairs being completed in a professional manner. The initial contract term shall be for approximately (12) twelve months from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bids may be extended on an item-by-item basis, in 12-month increments, not to exceed a total of five years. The initial estimated dollar value of this contract is anticipated to be $200,000.00. The District reserves the right to award all, part or none of this bid and estimated contract amount. The District reserves the right to purchase more than, less than, or none of the quantities indicated, as needed, throughout the duration of the contract or any extensions on item-by-item basis. The District reserves the right to add additional contract dollar amounts throughout any term of the bid extension. Bid prices to remain firm throughout any contract term or extension, except for inflationary adjustment which may be approved by the District at its sole discretion annually. The total contract, including any extensions shall not exceed $4,500,000.00.
