(1) Vendor needs to provide employment and training services to the government authority located in Virginia.– Provide employment and training services to eligible residents.– Finalize staffing and onboarding of personnel.– Establish coordination processes with VDSS and Local Departments of Social Services (LDSS).– Develop and finalize required plans (e.g., project management plan, reporting processes, service delivery approach).– Establish reporting and data tracking systems.– Prepare for participant intake and service delivery.– Services shall include:– Supervised Job Search.– Job Search Training.– Job Retention.– Work Experience.– Education.– Vocational Training.– Case management services can include, but are not limited to comprehensive intake assessments, individualized service plans, progress monitoring, or coordination with service providers.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 29, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 06, 2026.
