(1) Vendor needs to provide diplomas and graduation service to the government authority located in Lincoln, RI. – Provide a variety of graduation products that may include to a variety of items; diploma covers, diploma certificates, honor award certificates, caps and gowns for students, honor and club cords, rental gowns for staff and dignitaries, etc.– Diploma certificate to be completely engraved, including heading, body wording and seal on American parchment paper.– Hoods and Gowns aligned with the highest degree obtained.– Each diploma certificate to include a clear acetate sheet to protect the diploma.– Diploma certificate, size 8” x 6”, landscape orientation.– The student’s name, date and facsimile signatures are to be imprinted.– Cover imprinted in gold script.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
