REBID - Housing Rehabilitation Special Project

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to perform a housing rehabilitation project on a single‐family home in accordance with Attachment A – Work Write Up and Attachment B – Plans. Attachment A ‐ Work Write Up (WWU) is attached to be submitted as part of your bid response. The total for the project must be entered in the space provided on the Bid Response Sheet within the bid document. The work includes but is not limited to: Carpentry, Drywall and Plaster, Paint and Wallpaper, Plumbing, Electric, and Floor Coverings. The County reserves the right to negotiate with the successful bidders for work not specifically noted in this bid solicitation and to set the standard of quality on materials for any given job. All materials used shall be acceptable to County Staff.
