(1) Vendor needs to provide health and human consulting support services to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM.      – Professional services require subject matter expertise, advanced technical, clinical, actuarial, or analytical expertise to support complex health and human services programs, operational requirements, and policy initiatives.– Health and human services consulting, as well as related technical and operational support.– Develop communication strategies to support program implementation and policy changes.– Design and structure health and human services programs to meet statewide objectives.– Develop operational frameworks and implementation strategies for new or revised programs.– Support agencies in developing strategic plans for program expansion or improvement.– Strategic planning and advisory services.– Stakeholder engagement and communication.– Maternal and child health policies.– Behavioral health.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
