(1) Vendor needs to provide literacy intervention and supplemental reading support program service to the government authority located in La Joya, TX. – Provide a research–based literacy intervention and supplemental reading support program designed to support Tier 2 instruction through personalized, data–driven learning pathways aligned to the Science of Reading.– Provide targeted support in foundational literacy skills, vocabulary development, reading fluency, reading comprehension, and academic language development while equipping educators with actionable data to monitor student progress, differentiate instruction, and support struggling readers, including Emergent Bilingual students, across Kindergarten through Grade 12.– Grounded in scientifically based reading research and aligned to the Science of Reading framework.– Include age–appropriate content and instructional supports for students in kindergarten through grade 12.– Program shall include a placement assessment component for grade 6 students and provide reporting that tracks student progress from original placement assessment results through ongoing intervention and instructional activities.– Program shall include supports for emergent bilingual students.– Provide diagnostic and formative assessment capabilities.– Automatically identify student skill deficits and recommend targeted instructional pathways.– Generate real–time student performance data.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
