Under Statutory Authority Public Law 109 Sec. 502 and VAAR 819.7008, the Government anticipates entering into a sole–source procurement with L1 Enterprises Medical Equipment and Supplies, a certified/verified Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for the lease, installation, configuration of web–based management software, as needed, and annual preventative maintenance of fifteen (15) alEX Machines at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in Bronx, NY. A determination that only one SDVOSB can meet the requirement is not required.
