(1) Vendor needs to provide vocational rehabilitation impartial hearing officers service to the government authority located in Austin, TX.• IHO (Impartial Hearing Officers) services include, but are not limited to:a. Reviewing customer appeals;b. Issuing orders as necessary;c. Conducting pre–hearing conferences and mediations;d. Holding administrative hearings within the required timeframes and in accordance with applicable laws, federal regulations, and agency rules;e. Handling all pre–hearing and post–hearing litigation matters;f. Developing the record of the hearing;g. Evaluating hearing testimony, reviewing documentary evidence, and reviewing hearing transcripts;• Taking other necessary actions as required or authorized by law, regulations, or policy• Traveling throughout the state of Texas on a limited, as–needed basis to conduct hearings(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
