(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive assessment service to the government authority located in Plainfield, CT.            – Surveyed to identify deficiencies that may have an impact on employees, residents, or future growth.– The present utilization of facilities, facility capacities; sites, and available space with special attention to any needed update of building capacities.  – A five–year plan for capital improvements addressing the highest priorities.  (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 13, 2026.
