(1) Vendor needs to provide fuel card services to the government authority located in Augusta, GA.– Provide all services necessary to implement and administer the city’s fuel card program, including:– Provide fuel cards for 1,600+ authorized vehicles and equipment units.– Allow cards to be immediately suspended, terminated, or reactivated.– Provide replacement cards for lost, stolen, damaged, or compromised cards.– Provide emergency fuel replacement services in the event of a natural disaster or fuel shortage.– Fuel network.– Geographic coverage (searchable fueling location database).– Major fuel brands participating in the network.– Anticipates managing more than 1,600 fuel cards, security and fraud prevention shall be a critical component of the evaluation.– Provide a robust security system capable of preventing, identifying, flagging, and responding to unauthorized fuel transactions.– System should provide real–time or near–real–time alerts through email, text message, dashboard notifications, or other configurable methods.– Provide a secure web–based management platform accessible to authorized personnel.– Card management and accountability.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
