(1) Vendor needs to provide general legal counsel service to the government authority located in Vineland, NJ. – Serve as legal counsel for the housing authority of the city of vineland in court proceedings and litigation.– Preparation of legal documents such as contracts, leases, petitions, depositions, answers, and motions.– Advise managerial staff on matters pertaining to legal rights, obligations, and other phases of law as pertains.– Compile evidence in cases to formulate defense or to initiate legal action.– Provide legal advice and assistance regarding contracts, leases, development agreements, redevelopment projects, and other legal instruments.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
