(1) Vendor needs to provide schools grant management services to the government authority located in Cleveland, TN.– Provide life–safety protection for students, staff, and the surrounding community during severe weather events, while also serving as instructional space during normal school operations. - Maintain complete, organized, and audit–ready grant files. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and district staff. - Identify risks to project timeline, budget, or compliance and recommend corrective actions. - Support site visits, meetings, and project coordination. - Track project expenditures to ensure costs are allowable and properly documented. - Establish or support grant–specific accounting and cost tracking systems. - Reconcile project costs with the approved budget. - Prepare and submit required quarterly progress reports. - Maintain documentation supporting all reported activities. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
