CC-3821 - Ireland - Out of Hours and Emergency Call Answering Service - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide out of hours and emergency call answering service. • Provide an Operating manual to agree the triage of calls e.g. out of hours does not cover information calls which are part of normal business hours.• Agree a designed/tailored call script to include Call Filtering and Qualification with City Council Project team.• Call–Out Co–Ordinator by phone, SMS text and email for City Council• Attend performance/progress meetings; weekly/monthly/quarterly• Approximately 3,300 calls annually.
