CLEANING-12977 - USA (Kent, Ohio) - Kitchen Hood Cleaning Services - Deadline July 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide kitchen hood cleaning services to the government authority located in Kent, OH.– Cleaning must be performed by properly trained, qualified, and certified companies and company employees.– The entire exhaust system must be cleaned, including hoods, grease removal devices, grease collection devices, fan wheels and enclosures, any and all exhaust airflow dampers, and all associated horizontal and vertical ductwork (all airstream surfaces).– Surfaces must be cleaned to bare metal to remove grease–laden vapor deposits.– Inspection of exhaust fans for proper function and belt condition is required. Provide any recommended maintenance tasks in a post–cleaning report.– Ensure all exhaust, make–up, and hood control systems are restored to full operation prior to departure from the site.– Indicate the capability to provide replacement of fusible links at hoods and ductwork as required.
