(1) Vendor needs to provide business development consultant service to the government authority located in city. – Consultant would be expected to support with opportunity identification, donor intelligence, partnership development, proposal positioning, and strategic business development efforts across the region.– This support will be especially important as we work to diversify our funding, strengthen competitiveness, and coordinate around new business opportunities.– Support the identification of strategic partners, platforms, conferences, and meetings relevant to creating visibility of work.– Coordinate the publications for fundraising purposes e.g., fundraising packs, impact stories, leaflets, business cards, banners etc.– Develop and maintain excellent relationships with a portfolio of existing and potential donors, through networking, face–to–face meetings, and regular communications.– Strong analytical and strategic decision–making and problem–solving skills.– Regional funding strategies– Donor reporting and communication.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
