(1) Vendor needs to provide campus master plan professional services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS. – To provide Master Planning Services for the development of a ten–year campus Master Plan.– To employ an integrated planning approach in developing the Campus Master Plan. This approach should align physical campus development with the university's academic, financial, and strategic planning efforts.– The master planning process should actively engage diverse stakeholders from across the institution, including academic affairs, student services, facilities management, finance, and information technology.– Investigation and Assessment of Existing Conditions – Future Campus Requirements and Projections – Recommended 2025–2035 Campus Master Plan (2) All questions had been submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
