(1) Vendor needs to provide recyclable materials, organic materials, solid waste and debris collection, transfer, processing and disposal services to the government authority located in Benicia, CA.1. Collection:– Collects residential and commercial recyclable materials, organic materials, solid waste, and C&D debris within the city service area at city–approved rates adjusted annually.2. Household hazardous waste and bulky item programs:– Operates a household hazardous waste and bulky item collection program for single–family residents.3. Transfer, processing and disposal:– Delivers all collected materials to a fully permitted transfer station, processing facility, or disposal facility, as appropriate.4. Street sweeping:– Provides street sweeping services.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
