ITES-10833 - USA (Upton, New York) - Audiovisual and Video Teleconferencing Systems Maintenance and Support Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide audiovisual and video teleconferencing systems maintenance and support services to the government authority located in Upton, NY. – The Contractor shall provide comprehensive maintenance, technical support, preventive maintenance, remote diagnostics, software maintenance, warranty coordination, and related support services for the existing Cisco, Poly, and associated Audio–Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) infrastructure deployed throughout Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL).– The contractor must provide maintenance, preventive maintenance, technical support, diagnostics, and support services for AV/VTC systems deployed throughout agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
