The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation seeks to engage a qualified service provider for Landscaping Services for the GNPC Research and Technology Centre, Spintex. The selected service provider is expected to deliver professional landscaping services at Research and Technology Centre (RATC), Spintex Road • Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, hedges, ornamental plants and planted areas in a healthy and attractive condition. • Maintain indoor plants and planters in a healthy, clean and presentable condition. • Keep landscape-related hard surfaces and features clean, safe and functional. • Identify defects, deterioration and plant health issues early and recommend appropriate corrective action. • Support the aesthetics, ambience and environmental objectives of the RATC. • Apply safe and environmentally responsible landscaping practices.
