(1) Vendor needs to provide investment services to the government authority located in UT. – Invest, manage and provide custodial services, or to just provide custodial services for agency’s investment funds, which is around $34 million, in addition to future funds, as accrued by the foundation, during the tenure of the contract. • Provide full–time, non–discretionary advisory services for agency’s investment portfolio.• Provide assistance in developing and implementing investment strategies that will maintain or enhance the portfolio quality and performance within the parameters of agency’s established investment policies and cash flow needs, taking into consideration the objectives listed in agency’s Investment Policy.• Provide investment advice including breakeven analysis on recommendations made to sell low yield securities and replace them with higher yielding securities. • Provide detailed reports of investment portfolio activity and performance at least monthly, including a report that demonstrates the benefit on the portfolio’s return of using and investment advisor.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
