(1) Vendor needs to provide compliance and business office efficiency assessment and consultation services to the government authority located in Cheyenne, WY.– Providing compliance and business office efficiency assessment and consultation services.– The project focuses on modernizing fiscal infrastructure, optimizing the billing cycle under the facility’s dual–licensure model (ICF/IID and SNF), streamlining workflows to meet all CMS allowance standards, minimizing administrative burden, and fostering a collaborative environment.– Billing & Revenue Cycle Optimization: Refinement of billing capabilities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimized reimbursement across allowable funding streams. – Conduct an extensive review of all current policies, procedures, systems, and billing operations to modernize the fiscal infrastructure, highlighting specific bottlenecks and redundancies. – Assessment recommends the adoption, integration, configuration, or licensing of new software systems or technology tools, the contractor shall be responsible for participating and driving the compliance.
