(1) Vendor needs to provide revaluation services to the government authority located in Glastonbury, CT. • Assist the town assessor in making the complete reappraisal and revaluation of all taxable and non–taxable real property within the corporate limits of the town• Complete all appraisal calculations and maintain all computerized assessment records utilizing vision appraisal software version 8.2• Conduct presentations directed to taxpayers, local officials and civic groups to improve understanding of the scope and objectives of the project• Prepare and mail income and expense surveys to all commercial and industrial property owners for the 2026 calendar year
