(1) Vendor needs to provide national solar, energy storage and AI infrastructure development services to the government authority located in New Jersey and initial geographic focus on New York, Massachusetts, Maryland, Illinois and Ohio. – Provide turnkey solar development, battery energy storage, AI infrastructure, engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), financing, consulting, and related professional services for renewable energy projects– Responsibilities may include, but are not Limited to– Solar Development Services• Site evaluation and feasibility analysis• Utility interconnection review• Engineering and design• Solar project development– Battery Energy Storage Services• Battery storage feasibility studies• Site design and engineering• Utility coordination• Equipment procurement– Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure• Site assessment• Data infrastructure planning• Power and cooling assessments• Equipment deployment– AI Infrastructure• Secure equipment room• Utility access• Adequate power capacity(2) Each proposal shall include a proposal security bond in the amount of five thousand dollars or letter of intent included.
