DRA-11142 - USA (Washington, DC) - Enrolment Data Support Services - Deadline August 7,2026

Vendor needs to provide enrolment data support services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Data Error Resolution– Collaborate with the Director of Operations to identify and resolve demographic conflicts.– Review items identified on the SPED Errors List and support the SPED team in resolving identified errors.– Complete address updates in Student Information System and review and update student residency information as needed.– Identify and resolve Unified Data Errors (UDEs) and other demographic data discrepancies.– Submit, monitor, and follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution of enrolment data issues.– Conduct routine data quality reviews to identify, investigate, and correct enrolment errors.– Partner with enrolment staff to review and resolve duplicative student enrolment records.• Communication and Collaboration– Maintain timely, comprehensive, and collaborative communication with school–based staff and district personnel regarding enrolment data issues.– Provide status updates on assigned work and outstanding issues.– Collaborate with Agency staff to identify trends and recommend process improvements.• Compliance– Comply with all applicable Agency policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and data security standards.– Ensure all work supports district, state, and federal compliance requirements.
