(1) Vendor needs to provide parking deck repair service to the government authority located in Elgin, IL.– Fulton Street Parking Structure: concrete repairs to beams, walls, lifting loops, overhead double tee flanges, reattaching one section of guard railing, and painting undersides of slabs/beams, columns, and walls.– Concrete Tee Beam Repair– Concrete Wall Repair– Painting(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026(4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 31, 2026
