(1) Vendor needs to provide cisco unified communications and hypervisor upgrade service to the government authority located in O’Fallon, MO. • Cisco Specialized Partners to upgrade its core unified communications infrastructure and underlying hosting environment.• Responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and operational testing of the upgraded systems to ensure enhanced security, stability, and manufacturer support compliance.• Conduct a comprehensive discovery of the current environment, dial plans, and hardware compatibility.• Provide a detailed Upgrade Architecture Plan and Risk Mitigation Strategy.• Establish a mutually agreed–upon deployment schedule minimizing disruption to school operations.• Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM): Upgrade two (2) cluster servers.• Cisco Unity Connection: Upgrade two (2) voicemail and messaging servers.• Cisco Emergency Responder (CER): Upgrade two (2) emergency call routing servers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 16, 2026
