ACCT-26381 - USA (Bay, Michigan) - Independent Audit and Tax Services - Deadline September 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide independent audit and tax services to the government authority located in Bay, MI.– The initial engagement will cover the fiscal years ending September 30, 2026 and September 30, 2027.– Perform testing and issue reports required by Government Auditing Standards, the Single Audit.– Evaluate internal control over financial reporting and compliance; communicate significant deficiencies, material weaknesses, noncompliance, and other required matters to management and the Board of Commissioners.– Provide proposed audit adjustments, passed adjustments, and a clear reconciliation of audited balances to financial data schedules and other regulatory submissions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
