(1) Vendor needs to provide safe streets for all grant program consultant services to the government authority located in Frisco, TX. – To support activities under the agency, grant program to create a safety Action Plan and complete a Demonstration Project using lidar detection.– Perform crash data analysis – Development of a high injury network – Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholder groups – Identify strategies and projects to reduce fatalities and serious injuries – Prepare technical memorandums, draft report and a final report – Present plan draft report and final report to City Council and stakeholder groups (2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
