DRA-11599 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Automated, Recurring, Comprehensive Data Removal and Analysis Services - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide automated, recurring and comprehensive data removal services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.• The service must systematically scan, identify, and remove participants' agency from online registries while ensuring strict data security.• Registry Coverage and Scanning Depth• Contractor shall continuously scan and monitor a broad library of data brokers and public “people search“ engines (e.g., Whitepages, Spokeo, BeenVerified, Radaris, MyLife).• Deletion efforts must cover all forms of location–revealing information and identifying PII, including full names, aliases, current/historical physical addresses, phone numbers, personal emails, known relatives, and associated property or personal photos.• To satisfy program evaluation and compliance requirements, Contractor shall provide regular, programmatic data.• All data collected to establish subscriber accounts must be stored in a highly secure, encrypted environment using industry–standard protocols to protect this vulnerable population.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
