(1) Vendor needs to provide medical claims administration service. – A collaborative medical claims administrator partnership that has the technology expertise to adjudicate claims, wide network with strong contractual terms, and innovative solutions to help support members while curbing cost.– Maintain a consolidated deliverables register covering all proposal commitments, reports, data feeds, plans, materials, analyses, evidence, and attachments.– Proposer will provide detailed account structure reporting of claims and invoiced amounts for accounting purposes.– Support transparent and timely claims and fee funding, electronic transfers, detailed wire backup, agreed bank and balance arrangements, self–billing where committed, disclosed fees and interest treatment, and reasonable handling of ACH and holiday timing.– Provide an integrated medical administration solution aligned to the plan designs, member needs and public–sector environment.– Provide and maintain the proposed medical and behavioral networks, disclose leased or wrap arrangements, support provider access and contracting continuity, manage out–of–network care, offer stated high–performance and variable–copay options, and support virtual–care access. – Administer evidence–based utilization management programs and proactively identify opportunities for network management solutions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–proposal Conference will be held on September 22, 2026.
